Upon creating an account you will be required to complete the following steps:

• 1) Pay a £1 registration fee.
• Providing your card details gives us security against non payment.
  Your card details are stored securely via Sage Pay which is 100% PCI compliant.
• 2) Provide photo I.D.
• This can be uploaded online or sent to us via email.
• 3) Pay a 50% desposit.
• You will be requested to pay 50% of your credit limit as a deposit before your account will be activated. Any unused funds will be refunded within 24 hours of the auction ending.
• 4) Electronically sign a document confirming the following:
• a) You are over 18 years old.
• b) You understand that all auction Lots are subject to a buyer's fee of 18% plus vat and agree to pay all fees if you are the winning bidder. (If you wish to pay by bank transfer we offer a discounted buyer fee of 15% plus vat).
• c) You have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions presented here.
• d) You understand that some lots, as are clearly marked online and in the catalogue, are also subject to VAT on the winning bid for the lot as well as the buyer's premium.
• e) You understand and agree to pay within 48 hours of the auction ending and the invoice being issued.
• f) You understand that shipping is at bidders risk, if the auction Lot is lost by postal or courier service you understand and accept that you will bear the full loss.
• g) You understand that an auction sale is final, there are no refunds and no recourse if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason. We remind you that Lots can be inspected at our offices and condition reports are available on request prior to the auction.
